Work in Progress Wednesday: Foodies Festivals 2017

It’s been a busy start to the year and I am still not quite sure how it is April already. Maybe that’s me showing my age…

In my defense, the year has flown because I have been working extra hard to prepare for a full Summer of shows, which I think I can finally tell you all about.

If you have checked out my Events page (click here to have a look if you haven’t already!) you will notice that I will be travelling the length and breadth of the country with Foodies Festivals this summer, starting in Brighton at the end of this month and going all the way up to Edinburgh and back down again! I am thrilled to be appearing at every single Foodies Festival this year and am very proud to have been a part of the Foodies family for some years now.

The big news is that I will be hosting the newly relaunched Cakes & Desserts Theatre! If you have been to a Foodies show before, you will know that the old cake theatre was a bit of a smaller affair than the main Chef’s Theatre… well, not any more!

More information will be released in the run up to our first show of the year in Brighton (click here for full info and tickets) 29th April – 1st May, including theĀ full line up of amazing talent joining me in the theatre. I can tell you that we will have Bake Off royalty Candice Brown, and Bake Off Creme de la Creme winner Mark Tilling showing off their famous skills, as well as a whole host of seriously talented, seriously fabulous bakers and patisserie chefs. There will be cakes and baking, of course, but also delicious desserts, afternoon teatime treats, and everything sweet in between.

You may even get to taste a little of what we make! We are the ‘feeder’ tent, after all.

So stay tuned to keep up to date with loads of, check out my Events page to see where the show is coming, and get your tickets today! I will look forward to meeting loads of you in the Cakes & Desserts Theatre very soon.

Stay gorgeous!
