I spent the day in my Mother’s kitchen yesterday! I was making a start on my baking for my vinyl party for Macmillan Cancer Support tomorrow.
Yes, it is almost here and I will stop sounding like the broken record that I am and droning on about an event that probably only a handful of you can get to… as it is here in beautiful Bedford.
And I managed to bake something! The bliss. The sheer bliss of it.
I am hoping that you are a little more set up in the kitchen than I am at this precise moment in time.
I wanted to share a recipe with you that is so ridiculously quick and easy that you could whip up a batch this evening to share at your own World’s Biggest Coffee Morning event tomorrow.
OK, so my Vegan Dairy-Free Chocolate Cupcakes may be Vegan and Dairy-Free but they are certainly not free from flavour and the perfect chocolatey-moistness that you dream of in a cupcake.
In fact, if you have ever eaten one of my Chocolate Cupcakes, this was the recipe that I used. I love this recipe because it is super quick to whip up and the cupcakes only need a 15 minute bake. This leave you with plenty of time to frost them with a little Chocolate Cheesecake Frosting if you have no dietary requirements…
or with Vegan Chocolate Buttercream if you do.
It’s all disgustingly simple. These are the perfect morsel to delight your friends and family with this weekend, whether you are raising money for Macmillan or just enjoying the company of your loved ones.
Oh, how I love to bake for my loved ones.
The sad lament of a woman without an oven!
Stay gorgeous!
