The week between two shows is always a little weird. Kit is hardly even unpacked before it is being put back into the suitcase once again! As such, I am a little manic at present.Not being one for slowing down, I visited the wonderful Food Matters Live yesterday to get inspired by small producers, sustainable produce, free-from alternatives, and a huge array of ingredients that set the mind racing with recipes.
I even helped the team at LittlePod Vanilla by donning hairnet, gloves, and overalls to tube my own vanilla paste. It went everywhere. I was not hired!
And today I am finally doing what I have been threatening to do all year… I am starting filming for my YouTube Channel! It has taken all year but now that I have the website up and running as I wanted it (thanks to the incredible Jason Kahl Design) and the most beautiful kitchen to film in, I have no excuse not to get started.
