A quick post from another crazy day in my kitchen…
I wanted to wish a very happy 4th July to all of my dear American friends and family. I hope that you are all enjoying a fabulous day off.
This time last year, I had just developed my recipe for Key Lime Pie in honour of my Cousin Zach, visiting from the states and giving me the perfect excuse to roll out the welcome wagon and prepare a feast. Since then, my Key Lime Pie has become a firm favourite and I have been demonstrating how to make it at home at Foodies Festivals across the country.
