We had a blast in Bristol the weekend before last. The sun made a welcome appearance for our second Foodies Festival of the year and the crowds were fantastic fun.
As I type, I am sat in my living room – the coolest spot in the house – with the french windows thrown wide open to stay cool in this spectacular sunshine. The forecast is looking good for London this weekend so, if you are looking for an event to make the most of your 3-days off, tickets for Foodies Festival Syon Park are available by clicking here.
For a tiny taste of what to expect in the Cake & Desserts Theatre, here are a few of my favourite pictures from Bristol.
Lots of selfies!

Watching as the incredible Zoe Burmester does her thing – that cake ends up looking like the ones I’m standing next to! (Photo: Tony Rodd)
What a dream team! With Tony Rodd, Graham our heroic tech and sound, and Becky Cummings. Cheeky bubbles dragging me away from the glamour of the washing up bowl!
See you this weekend in Syon Park.
