I know that I promised you part two of my Parisian wardrobe adventure… that is coming, I promise. I wanted to take a brief interlude as I was so excited to receive my latest slogan jumper from Joanie Clothing. To be honest, this may be the start of a growing addiction.
When Joanie Clothing reached their second birthday earlier this month, they released a jumper for each day of the week. I was beyond excited to see that the Friday jumper referenced a song by The Cure. Just in case you didn’t know, my husband Chris is one of the biggest Cure fans living – along with our dear friend Janie Webber, he used to write, Xerox, and post a fanzine called Cure News across the world to keep fans in touch with the band, pre-internet. Woven from the softest fabric, this may be a bit of a departure for my Cure family as it is not black BUT it is navy, with the slogan embroidered in a pink so pale that it is off white. I think that this is a classy combo which make it very easy to dress for those everyday ‘normal’ situations where we need to be functioning, recovering goths such as at work or when hanging out with non-Cure fans.
Joanie Clothing offer worldwide delivery so you can have this sent to wherever you are for whenever you need to wear a little Cure reference but cannot get away with an official T-shirt!
